From October 11-13, the Chinese Institute of Brain Research (CIBR) successfully held its second annual academic retreat in Miyun, Beijing. Over 650 researchers, postdocs, and students participated.
The retreat aim to stimulate research vitality and enhance academic exchanges, with a focus on fostering young talent. It featured poster exhibitions and platforms like Flash Talks and a Young Researchers Forum, providing valuable opportunities for young scientists to present their work.
Notably, our lab presented three posters that cover chemokine sensors, astrocyte biology and GPCR deorphanization. Chenyu also delivered an excellent Flash Talk about her work. Both Chenyu and Rui were awarded for their outstanding poster presentations. Congratulations!
